So maybe you've made your "good girl" or "good boy" New Year's resolutions, but have you thought about some specific Naughty New Year's resolutions?
Last year I resolved to amp up our sex life.
I never dreamed how much could change in one year on that front. After publishing my first spanking romance, I came out of the spanko closet with my husband, found a world of support in the blogosphere for exploring my kink and (obviously) got spanked! The effect on my sex life was amazing.
So what do I want for this year?
I would say MORE. It sounds greedy, but I want more of the above-- more spankings, more sex, more exploration. Now that we've delved into it, I've found it's not enough. Getting spanked was just the tip of the iceberg for me. I'm going to work on communicating my needs/desires and make private time with my husband a priority, even if it's just quickie.

Hi Renee, I've read Betrothed and Pleasing The Colonel so far and really enjoyed both stories. I'm looking forward to Deathless Love- I have a thing for vampires. ReplyDeleteRenee, you've given me courage and I thank you. I came out to my husband just before Christmas!! His Christmas gift. Or mine… and I'm with you - I want more. I have years to make up for. I have to say, since talking to him about it, I feel a level of trust that I never did before. Strange huh? But good and we've only just scratched the very tip of the iceberg. I wanted to make a spanking analogy here but I'm not that good...Ok, I'm going to stop before I hit TMI!!

Oh I'm thinking on this a ton. Just had a longish conversation about a variety of things with my Master, and I find myself in a curious mixture of agreement and disagreement with Him. Somewhere between that mix certainly is "what I should do," but yeah, I'm not sure. I don't "do resolutions" for New Years... not for just one day. I decide to make a change, it's a change that I feel needs made, regardless of the time of year I'm deciding to.
